Delivery policy

We want to make customers happy.

For all international and homegrown bundles, we ship almost anywhere in the world. We do our best to deliver products within the timeframes we provide, but we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for any deliveries that are not completed within this time frame. We rely on third-party delivery companies to deliver our clients’ products. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for any cash-based expenses or other expenses resulting from failed or delayed deliveries.

All orders are measured within 3-5 business days. Shipping takes between 7-10 business days for the USA and 12-15 days for other countries. It can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to deliver depending on where you live and how long it takes to clear customs. Please note that delivery times may vary for limited edition launches or holidays.

We are not responsible if deliveries are delayed or impacted by customs or moves from USPS in your country to the nearest transporter, delays or strikes in air and ground transport, or any additional fees or back-end costs.

Note 1: We are not responsible for incorrect, missing or incomplete destination information. Please ensure that you have correct shipping details when you checkout. If you find an error in your shipping information, please email as at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Note 2: Customers should pay taxes and duties. They vary for each item. A tax threshold is the amount at which an individual begins to pay taxes on an import item.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Buyers are allowed to make any changes to their orders within 24 hours of placing them and before they are fulfilled. Additional charges will be charged for any changes made to orders within the next 24 hours. After placing an order, buyers are not allowed to cancel.

RETURNS POLICY

Within 30 days after receiving your order, you should request a return.

Return procedure

  1. Make sure it meets all requirements for a valid return
  2. Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know you want to return the item. Include the following information in your email:
  • Photograph/Video of the item, depending on the item
  • Attach tags and labels

We will assist you in returning the item.

If your return request has been accepted, the item must be returned within 7 business days.

* If you’re returning products, please ensure they are in the original packaging and in excellent condition.

* The original shipping charges are not refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

We will notify you by email about the refund and the condition of your item once we have received it.
